Vertex Cloud
Carries schedules, orders, media and licence checks to every machine in the network.
Schedules, content and licences for Vertex screens across sites.
Vertex Cloud is the link between your videotrons. Schedules and orders travel to each Vertex Player, media is fetched ahead of airtime, and every machine checks in with its own licence. The screens never wait for it.
Every Vertex machine in the network, its sync state and its licence, listed in one place.
An order placed in the Klik App reaches the machine at that site, passes the QC gate and joins the schedule.
Each machine prefetches the creative it will need, so the spot plays from local storage, not from the line.

When a site loses its connection, the screen keeps airing. It catches up when the line returns.
Schedule, rates and balance live on the machine at the site.
Vertex Player keeps the schedule, the rates and the balance on each machine. Vertex Cloud adds what a single machine cannot do alone: reach across sites.
Schedules and orders move between the cloud and each machine through the Kliktron Protocol. Requests such as a slot availability check from the Klik App are answered by the machine that owns the slot.
When an order carries a creative from the cloud, the machine downloads it ahead of time. By the time the slot comes, the file is already on the local disk.

Each machine is activated with its own key pair and licence. It sends a licence heartbeat while it runs, and a grace period keeps it working through a short loss of connection.
Advertisers buy Plays and book a screen in the Klik App. Vertex Cloud brings each order to the right machine, the operator approves it, and the proof of play flows back to the advertiser.

What happens to one order on its way through Vertex Cloud.
The advertiser picks the screen, the dates and the Plays, and uploads the creative.
The Kliktron Protocol delivers the order to the Vertex Player at that site.
The machine downloads the media and holds the order for QC review.
Once approved, the order joins the layered schedule and airs from local storage.
The play log syncs back, so the advertiser sees that the spot has aired.
Vertex Cloud is never a condition for airing. Each machine holds its own schedule, rates and balance, so a site that goes offline keeps playing what it already has.
When the connection returns, the machine syncs: logs go up, new orders come down. Nothing waits on the network except the news.
Schedule, rates and balance live on the machine at the site.
Vertex Cloud sits between the player on each machine and the dashboard in your office.

The CMS and player beside each videotron. It airs, bills and records proof, online or not.

Explore Vertex MonitoringVertex Cloud has no separate plan. It is scoped together with the Vertex Player licences for your sites, so the quote follows the size and shape of your network.
No. Each Vertex Player airs from its own database and local storage. New orders and log uploads simply wait until the connection is back.
Vertex Player runs a single screen on its own. Vertex Cloud matters when you run several sites, or when you take orders from the Klik App. We will tell you honestly which setup fits.
It is quoted together with your Vertex Player network, per project. Tell us your sites and screens and we will scope it with you.
Vertex Cloud carries work to the machines: schedules, orders, media and licence checks. Vertex Monitoring only watches: it receives telemetry and shows the health of the fleet.
